Baltimore Man Charged with Diamond Point Stabbing

Tai Montalvo, 21, was charged with assault after allegedly stabbing a man at Chuck E. Cheese on Eastern Boulevard.

 

A Baltimore city man was arrested and charged with assault in connection with a stabbing Dec. 30 at the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in Diamond Point.

Tai Montalvo, 21, of the 600 block of Aldershot Road in southwest Baltimore, was arrested after allegedly cutting and stabbing the victim, who was at the restaurant in the 8300 block of Eastern Boulevard to celebrate the birthday of one of his children, according to police reports.

Montalvo allegedly used a glass bottle as a weapon against the victim. Montalvo was identified as the current boyfriend of the child's mother.

The victim was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, according to the police report.

Montalvo was arrested after being treated at Sinai Hospital.
