Wasn't this the same site of a fire in the mid to late 90's where it destroyed the entire strip as well?

I was there when fire broke out. An asian woman ran out the store bursting into tears while a huge big black cloud of smoke followed her out the store. A nearby citizen ask if there was anyone else in the store and ran into the store. He yelled call the fire department. In an instant I ran into Rosedale Grill and order my final and last cheese burger sub with cheddar cheese balls. Once I paid the clerk the store turned into a big black cloud of smoke. I haven't anything this bad since 9/11.

I live and worked as a cop in that area during the 70's - late 80's. I even worked security for several years. I felt like the news of a close friend being sick. I can't imaging the struggle for those who had small businesses there.
I'll be thinking of them.

I'm soooo upset. I was about to order a pizza yesterday from Rosedale Grill and then I realize they were burnt to the ground. I live in the Rosedale area and I am all about supporting local businesses. This was an upset and I hate that I will have to put my hard earn money into Dominoes Pizza or the horrible Royal farm stores in the area. I'm praying they make a speedy recovery.

I do feel for the people that list their business and jobs. However I think the firefighter that fault this fire should also be thought about. Not to mention the few that were almost killed when the store fronts came crashing down at them without warning. As well as them keeping the fire from spreading to the other stores

Does anyone know how to get a hold of anyone from the Dry Cleaners? I had a bridesmaid dress there and went yesterday to pick it up and noticed it was burned down. So I am assuming my dress is gone, but would really like tobe able to talk to someone.

Priscilla - I would call the company that leases the property to find out some answers. I'm assuming that most if not all of the clothing in the Dry Cleaners was destroyed or damaged. Sorry!!
