Costas, Sea Horse Participating in Restaurant Week

Baltimore County's Summer Restaurant Week offers special deals at a variety of eateries.

If you're looking for a new restaurant to visit, or have a local favorite that you need an excuse to patronize again, Baltimore County's Summer Restaurant Week is for you.

Continuing through Aug. 19, the event celebrating Baltimore County restaurants offers specials at a variety of establishments, usually in the form of a three-course meal at a special price.

Lunch and dinner deals range from $10.12 to $35.12, according to the event's website.

In the Dundalk area, Costas Inn and the Sea Horse Inn are participating.

The deal at Costas includes a choice of soup or salad; a choice of entree (including prime rib, chicken and shrimp imperial, crab cake, steak and cake or soft crab, filet Atlantis and Salmon St. Michael); and dessert for $30.12.

The Sea Horse is going more casual, with the offering of the crab pretzel appetizer, the Sea Horse burger deluxe and the fried shrimp platter available for $10.12 each.

Restaurant Week prices do not include drinks, taxes or gratuity.

Other participating eastside establishments participating in Restaurant Week are the Island View Waterfront Cafe and River Watch Restaurant, both in Essex.
