Baltimore County police announced they will be watching registered sex offenders on Halloween night to make sure they comply with their requirement to make no contact with children.
According to a release, police have advised registered sex offenders to take the following precautions:
- Not to answer the door
- Not to hand out candy
- To display "No Candy" signs on front of residences
