Dundalk Patch reader Rita Ladner submitted this picture of a dog all ready to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.

Louie, the pup, is pictured in the arms of his human mom, Hilary Guiney.

Guiney, who lives in Canton, is a professional dog groomer who used a safe commercial pet dye to give Louie his temporary party outfit.
