Earth Day Bake Sale, Bunny Bonanzoo, Historical Society Flea Market and The Great American Trailer Park Musical

Plenty do this weekend in and around Dundalk.

 

1. Earth Day Celebration
Where/When: Saturday, April 23, 12-4 p.m.
Maryland Science Center, 601 Light Street, Baltimore 
Why Go: Celebrate Earth Day at the Maryland Science Center by participating in a recycling race, and learning how to plant lavender, create your own recycled paper and more!

2. The Great American Trailer Park Musical
Where/When: April 21-24, Friday and Saturday 8 p.m., Sunday 2 p.m.
Spotlighters Theatre, 817 St. Paul Street, Baltimore
Why Go: This hysterical musical comedy takes place in Armadillo Acres, your stereotypical trailer park community. Spray cheese, road kill, strippers, and adultery are commonplace at Armadillo Acres. Tickets $16-$20

3. Bunny Bonanzoo
Where/When: April 22-24, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, Druid Hill Park
Why Go: Easter eggs hunts, games, crafts and food vendors. The Chick-fil-A cow will be handing out Mini Moo cows for the first 400 children on Friday and Saturday. Free with Zoo admission. 

4. Bake Sale for Clean Bread and Cheese Creek
Where/When: Friday, April 22, 3 p.m.- 8 p.m. 
Wal-Mart, 2399 North Point Road, Dundalk
Why Go: Buy a homemade dessert for Easter Sunday, while supporting environmental cleanup for the historic North Point Area of Bread and Cheese Creek.

5. Community Flea Market
Where/When: Saturday, April 23, 8 a.m.–1 p.m.
Veterans Park, 44 Shipping Place, Dundalk
Why Go: Dundalk Patapsco Neck Historical Society and Museum is hosting a flea market with over 50 participants.
