This morning, WBAL reported the name of the victim, and said that he stopped and got out of his car to go to the break in the median wall for some reason. Sad story.

So very sad, this was a very sweet man. He would always honk his horn (he was a truck driver) for the kids in the neighborhood, without fail! A very good man, gone too soon. Prayers going out to his family and friends during this tragic time.
