Pop punk outfit All Time Low was founded in Baltimore County by four boys from the Lutherville-Timonium and Towson areas. Fast forward a few years and these guys are selling out shows across the United States and beyond. Sunday night, they closed out the Maryland State Fair concert series in Timonium.
