Dundalk Patch reader Nancy Cook visited Baltimore's Inner Harbor on Wednesday for the kickoff of Star-Spangled Sailabration 2012, an international parade of ships that officially launched the commemoration of the Bicentennial of the War of 1812.
Cook took this picture of the Pride of Baltimore II as it returned to Fort McHenry after escorting a naval ship into Locust Point.
