that looks like an acdian fly catcher ? I see them all over the trail I walk , got lots of pics of them .......hummm? I could be wrong Im far from an exppert

I looked it up web, i confused the two birds ( easy to do) I was wrong i didnt see the red spot on any of the birds heads I saw though (guess thats a breeding season thing on the males only ? )
