The off-ramp from Interstate 695 at Cove Point Road reopened after being closed for more than an hour due to a collision.
According to the Maryland Department of Transportation, a crash was reported on the Inner Loop at 8:23 a.m. on Thursday, March 14.
It resulted in the closure of the shoulder and the off-ramp at exit 41 until approximately 9:30 a.m.
