Readers' Choice: Favorite Sandwich Place
This week, Patch asks you to name your favorite place to grab a sandwich—and don't forget to tell us what makes that place so special.
This week, Patch is looking for your favorite sandwich place, and everything's on the table.
Whether you like a grab a Whooper every day, enjoy a crab cake sandwich as a treat every now and then, know of an off-the-beaten-path pit beef stand or like a breakfast sandwich any time of day, we want to know about it.
Because of the extensive possibilities for this poll, the list below is a sampling of places. If your favorite place isn't listed, tell us in the comments and we'll add it to the poll (please make sure your suggestion is in Dundalk).
McDonald's (North Point Boulevard)
Burger King (Merritt Boulevard)
Burger King (North Point Boulevard)
Wendy's (North Point Boulevard)
Captain Harvey's (Merritt Boulevard)
Voting in the poll below is open until 9 a.m. Friday.
- Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results, positive comments below and in reviews on each of the businesses' Patch Places directory listings (you can reach them by clicking on the businesses above).
- Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.
See complete contest rules in the photo section of this article.
If your business is listed here, learn how to claim your listing for free on Dundalk Patch by reading this article.
We will announce the winner at noon Friday.

The shrimp salad sandwich on rye is the best in this area by far. The turkey club is also one of my favorites.

Are you serious? Captain Harvey's is not even a choice on this list? That's definitely not the Dundalk where I grew up.

Stan,
They have, sadly, taken quite a dive. Quality is awful these days.
Danny, I'm a huge Vinny's fan. Great pizza, good subs/dinners, and friendly staff.
