Understood, Graham. We had nominations open for a couple of weeks, and nominations were thin. I bagged some categories because they received no nominations, and in others that received just a few, I nominated places that I know are popular in the community. Hopefully this will build from year to year. — Marge

You might want to rephrase this poll as Dundalk "area" places. Vinny's is certainly not in Dundalk. It doesn't even have a Dundalk zip code.

Roxane, Folks were given loose rules about what could be nominated. The place doesn't necessarily have to be in Dundalk proper; just a favorite of Dundalk folks. We'll let the vote take care of it.

I did my duty. I used to vote for the Trix Rabbit. Let's hope we have a great turnout come this November.
