Well there's nothing like a comprehensive description like "two suspects" to really narrow it down. It's better than a sketch!

Two issues you guys forget. The city's rape scandal because they fudged the figures on the number of rapes and why not release a description of the suspects regardless of race. Who cares what the race is, these guys shot someone. Maybe someone in the area saw the suspect based on a description. Why do you think they have the system when a young child goes missing?

The system allows for great misuse. The officer (like the city rape scandal) can downgrade the call or not write a report and code it as - adjusted.

They won't release the race even if it's whites involved. Speaking of PC as soon as I get the documentation I've got a couple of block busters coming. I always wait for the paper work. If it's sensitive they take their time. The blogs will involve as variety of topics.

The way to find the truth is release the number of calls for service and match the type of call to the coding.

Buzz, I am not going to excavate numbers because I do not think numbers will persuade you. That discrimination exists is true and it happens all the time in a society that claims to measure merit. Pointing out discrimination where it exists happens all the time, too. These are your cases of white-men-as-victim.

PC has nothing to do with the fact you refuse to acknowledge: racism is alive and well and functioning like a well-oiled machine in America. Racism is about power being used to enforce different outcomes for groups of Americans, my fellow citizens, who happen to be Black.

Other Tim, the only way too stop this is to have a site moderator like the Sun Board. They monitor their site 24/7, or require the use of the person's full name and verification of same.

Unfortunately, with the amount of sites and areas that Patch covers, they don't have the resources to do this and thus this is the result.

I went through this a couple of years ago and tried to bring criminal charges for harassment but according to the county SA the law does not provide that protection on site such as this. This is sad for the state of MD denying this occurrence as per the links I posted. This also impacts our children.

The harassment has to be directed via e-mail, however you can sue for libel if the person makes false accusations against a real person.

For me this goes with the blogs I write. I have outed several political operatives as they try and discredit certain blogs that reveal the inner workings of county government.

This boils down the left vs. the right. The progressives don't like being challenged on the facts. No matter what you say, they will twist it or attack because you print the facts or take issue with their agenda.
