Welcome back, Patch Blogger!

This Thanskgiving, What Are You Thankful For?

Dundalk Patch gives you a chance to publicly declare your thanks and appreciation this Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving—a holiday that is perhaps more sedate and family-oriented than Christmas and other gift-centered winter holidays—is Thursday.

The annual family feast day traditionally kicks off the frenzied Christmas shopping season, and the remainder of the year is often but a blur.

As Thanksgiving approaches, take a moment to pause and reflect on what you're most thankful for this year.

Dundalk Patch will publish an article with a list of your holiday wishes and thanks.

If you have a holiday wish or note of gratefulness you'd like included in the article to be published Thanksgiving Day, please send it to marge.neal@patch.com.

If you don't want your thoughts to be a surprise for someone, you can add a comment below. But it you want to preserve the surprise element, send that email!

The deadline to have your Thanksgiving thoughts included in the article is 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Keep your entries to 100 word or less.

I am very thankful that God has brought my family and I thus this far in life. Thanksgiving shouldn't be the only day we should "Thank" the Lord, everyday should be a thanksgiving day. I am thankful and bless that he has brought us out into the country to live, learn, love, most of all to further His work and will. I am thankful that God never gave up on me, He brought me out of the gutter of this earth, to be a soldier in His army. I am thankful for my husband and 3 beautiful children I have been so blessed. The list could go on and on, I wish you all a HAPPY AND BLESSED thanksgiving with you're family. God bless.

I'm thankful for my wonderful family and friends. I'm thankful for a roof over my head and food on the table. I'm thankful for all of the civil servants who work each and every day to keep us safe, save lives and fight for our freedom. Mostly, I'm thankful for my amazing husband and our 3 beautiful children, because without them I would be nothing. Happy Thanksgiving!
