The suspect in the original Sexual Harassment case against Baltimore County, Mr. Tony Bryant is facing new charges in the investigation, but more serious as they are criminal in nature.
The new charges are titled as – Interception of Communication – Case #03k12005469. These charges were filed on 10/22/12 and are related to taping a conversation of another person without their knowledge.
“I’m worried because every time I think about it I get anxious because I know if I go back he has friends that still works there,” the victim said who spoke on the condition of anonymity. The victim was referring to the Office of Property Management, is the subject of the orginial complaint. The Office of Property Management is run by Mr. George Klunk.
The current charges are being investigated by the Baltimore County Police Department.
None of these new charges involve the victim who filled another complaint with the EEOC against the county, Ms. Timika Grant, involving Mr. Bryant.
Both the Baltimore County Office of Human Resources was contacted and did not comment. The Deputy Director of Communications Ms. Ellen Kobler did not return phone calls on the status of Mr. Bryant.
So far Mr. Bryant has made no comment on this matter.

Not exactly. I just can't comment on the settlement. There might be something in the Sun depending on how county decides to handle it, so I'm letting my lawyer do the talking for now.
