Chris what you say is true even in the police department and yes without a time clock and the threat of punitive action in any work environment people will take advantage of the situation.

Yes I was late for work on occasions but on the flip side I worked longer than the eight hours that were required.

Supervisors set the tone of the work environment and they are impacted by a code of conduct also.

Anyones name that is involved directly or indirectly can be identified as long as you don't libel them with falsehoods.

When I was suspended from the police department many years ago for refusing to get a second haircut my name was all over the papers.

I won my case in the 4th Circuit Court of the U.S. and went back too work as a cop.

The sergeant used a ruler to measure my hair before suspending me. The ruling changed the whole country over what was considered fair. After suspending me they fired me over that 3/4 inch.

Roslyn, reminds me right before my workers comp hearing, we had a situation in our office where a worker was hiding their reports and did not do the follow ups. Guess who was charged? Me! I'm not even a supervisor or had anything to do with that unit, but they needed a scapegoat and a little pressure to add because of my WC case.

It was very interesting neither supervisor was held accountable in any way. Rank has it's privileges. I wasn't thrown under a bus, it was an 18 wheeler.

These are some trifling females. Tony did an excellent job at managing this operation with what he had to work with. He oversaw dayshift and nightshift, worked on the budget, met with other agencies, inspected buildings, interviewed, and the list goes on. He probably had at least a hundred of us to deal with and god knows how many buildings. All without any mid level management after repeated requests. I'm sure Buzz even knows from the police department you don't have upper level management in contact with the subordinates just for this reason. There is always someone in the middle to report and administer whatever discipline they find necessary. It's amazing how since Tony left, Klunk got someone within a matter of 2 weeks but Tony's request went unanswered for months. Not only did he not have time for following people around he wouldn't have given this one the time of day. These people that are complaining have poor job performance, consistently late or couldn't get promoted because they weren't qualified. Not only did Tony talk to us respectfully he would always help if we had problems. We can't even call anyone after 4 now. We are on our own because management said don't bother them. Yeah, this got us real far. If you think they aren't going to contract out the rest of these bldgs your so wrong. You're just giving them more reason to get rid of us. All this unnecessary nonsense. GONE. No more maintenance division no more janitorial service other then for KK and GK in the Towson area. Norman, good service and accountability are not priorities in the Kamenetz
administration. They are too busy looking for ways to do less work for the people
of Baltimore County in order to cut costs. The management team is not made up
of the best and brightest, so this has been challenging work. Recreation
and Parks was dismantled by a director with no real background in recreation. Property Management is in chaos.Their mistakes will cost Baltimore County plenty.

How old are you? What grade did you make it through. There are special classes to help you.

I have a life and it is well documented. You have nothing but hate and rage because you aren't a Ray Lewis or just a somebody.

You act like you won the lottery over one comment. If your life is that bad and that's all you've got to show for it that is very sad. If you were something real and worthy it might be different, but to lower myself to your level would be like living off the street.

Jenifer if your trying to defend you name you are providing very little verifiable information to do so. If someone attacks my creditability or name I come back with solid evidence to the contrary of their remark.

When challenged on these issues they thought it was funny to use multiple names for their ruse.

The story is not about who spit in a cup but that Mr. Bryant was charged with a criminal offense related to this case.
