So Donnie are you going to try and Bully everyone off comment page or just start using all yourRead More alias to end conversation? See The PUD requirements call for the developer to have these meetings in good faith and convince the Community it wants it.The proposal can't go further without this .But since your being paid to get it through you'll ACT like an innocent uninformed citizen. The only thing wrong was developer is supposed to present good faith plan which can be discussed ,plan shown had no real points to discuss.Developer had NEVER contacted BGE about putting the parking and multipurpose fields under Transmission lines he KNOWS are owned by BGE.It was more a meeting for developer to convince citizens it is a done deal nothing can be done.By trying to discredit the citizens for attending and giving their input which he needs to bring to court, maybe you should just go back into your seat assigned to you by developer and wait for instructions when to attack. Even Peter O'Malley wouldn't have you try and interfere with the legal process or would he? An Other Kevin Francis Marron County Kevin Thomas -Neil Marron Treasurer

Kevin DD is a troll and I wont tolerate his gutter speak. He never has anything to say but slursRead More and derogatory comments. He is the same way when I don't delete them. He does not live in Dundalk and has used at least 5 AkA's. With him it's a black and white issue.

Cary, my boyfriend is a mechanic....being a mechanic this day and age is not a livable wage job atRead More all. Most shops pay flat rate. My boyfriend and I make the same amount of money a year and he has been a mechanic for longer than I have been at my current job. That is telling you something. We aren't the next white marsh and I don't think many of us want to be or want anything like it inRead More the heart of our city. We would all rather keep our police force centralized in our town instead of moving it to the edges. We would rather be safe than have a gift shop in walking distance. This isn't a tourist spot. We don't need a gift shop.

I writing to all department to find the help to support this and here is one letter --- Dear SenatorRead More Barbara A. North Point Village Civic Association, Inc. - NPVCA I was try to get in touch with someone who can help do this with vacant houses in the community and in Mayland Many complained that many of these houses become home to squatters who move in illegally and those who break in to steal copper and other items. He wants to see a plan under which injured members of the military can have a place to stay when they are in town for treatment. “I believe we should have military people come back and stay here. We have soldiers that have to stay in hotels while visiting Walter Reed,” VA Hospital , ShockTramua “Bringing in a military person in the neighborhood would solve the problem of the vacant houses and get rid of the squatters.” this would help them and the community, with your help we can take care of these problem we can also reach out to rental property, Real estate and others that would like to do this. If the US Military can build a hospital in the jungle they can help maintain this properties. This will also give them a chance to buy, if they like where they are staying the home could be sold to them at a discount this will also be helping the economy. Thank you David Patro North Point Village Civic Association, Inc. - NPVCA 410-477-4095

Buck, I would bet my life on there were many drunks that night. I do agree with the issue thatRead More police officers deal with this all the time but the one involved was an auxiliary and generally speaking they don't have the training or experience to deal with these types of issues. I listened to the tape and hear a lot of people yelling obscenities. I talk to the some of the guys that work that area an it can be mayhem when the bars close. DRAM Shop Law would be one way to dissuade the bars form serving people who were already intoxicated.
Jimmy Boston March 1, 2014 at 01:21 am

Buzz Beeler March 1, 2014 at 10:41 am
Jimmy, well stated. The cops are expendable. Towson's reputation and future are not. The mainRead More difference in this matter is that the chief has the final say in punishment. The bottom line he is the judge and he has already prejudged these officers. Grounds for appeal on whatever discipline is handed out - you betcha! With as little thought this entire situation could have been handled in a way to insure the public is kept in the loop without denying due process to anyone involved in this incident. Where is the FOP? I called to get a comment and nothing. Too much of the dues is going to the wrong places and in the wrong pockets.

Ahhhh, the head cheerleader Buck Harmin checks in. So Mr. Harmin, who's cheating who these days.I'mRead More certain somewhere in Baltimore County there's an elected official cooking books, lining their pockets and otherwise wreaking havoc on the citizens. Oh ,by the way, did you happen to see the Triple A rating and comments ??? I guess you missed that. I heard all of theo sub-contractors clearing the snow were ALL related to the Council members, didn't you hear that???Surprised BB missed that story. Sorry things at e so bad in the County, only problem is 98% of counties in the country would love to be in our position.
Buck Harmon February 16, 2014 at 07:34 am
Have you expressed an opposing idea to this link Kelly Blue? Or are you simply bored and attemptingRead More to push a few buttons? Buzz has figured it out, and you can't seem to stand it...he can bench you if he chooses...take you out of the game..)
Buzz Beeler February 16, 2014 at 09:32 am
Buck, Kelly wants an answer regarding who's taking money they shouldn't. Just look at the top of theRead More column. Then there was the Jim Smith rule that would stop giving hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign funds to his friends who became two council members and a SA. Kelly wants the truth but yet hides behind it with a fake name. Whatever it is fails to realize that when I write something it is correct with documents and law to back it up. When the Sun (not exactly right wing) stakes a stand against a politician, you're on to something. All triple A means is that is allows the county to borrow more money it does not have. That to will come to an end. K tell us more about the snow removal issue, I did not hear that one. I don't have to allow any comments on my blog. Read the fine print. Patch is not responsible for my comments or blogs. If the county was in such great shape as you claim (thy must be) because KK, and the council got nice raises, but the retirees have not received one for many years. A double standard I presume. Take a look at the drop in home values. We are one of the leaders in that category. We've lost all of our manufacturing, thus no living wage jobs. Dunalk's income per capita has dropped. We have the larges amount of title one schools. Food stamps are out of control along with SS funds. This came right from Mr. Kamenetz's own lips. The Fort Howard deal is a fraud and taking the fifth like they do in DC may be a good idea.
Resolution by Councilman Tom Quirk.
Buzz Beeler February 9, 2014 at 05:21 pm
DD read the resolution. It specifically mentions GLEN MANOR LLC out of NY. Now if Graystone has aRead More market cap of $3.36 billion why do they need $400,000 or our money. Click on the link of Glen Manor and read it so even you can understand it. The resolution makes not reference to Graystone, only to Glen Manor. Gene, there may be more involved in this deal with Vanguard and it goes way beyond Mr. Vontran. TheRead More only thing that can stop this RFP is the PUD or the county based on legalities.

If you do a web search for the 2nd chosen developers - Timothy Munshell and Carl Williams - you willRead More not locate very much. You will not find a self-promoting website by them, or positive info about them having been key members of successful business ventures. Not on other companies' websites or in newsletters of companies they have had dealings with, nor on the websites of any media outlets. Howard VAMC deal. Each deal being massive projects worth 100s-of-$1,000,000. NOW. I shall make this clear. I, the folks of Save Ft. Howard, along with most residents of the Ft.Read More Howard area on N. Point Peninsula are adamantly wanting redevelopment of the VAMC for vets health care and more. If homes are created, we know that any more than 400 - for vets only - will be unhealthy for Ft. Howard and other North Point Peninsula communities. Especially unhealthy for the new residents, their visitors and the employees of a massively developed peninsula property. If the VA had not 1st chosen John Infantino Federal International Scammer as the previous developer, who was fired by the VA, I could be happily living in one of those 400 residences on my beloved Ft. Howard VAMC; where I was previously a VA Hospital patient, several times for several weeks, when my degenerative back disease rendered me crippled up by tortuous pain. I need Ft. Howard to once again be a physical rehab and long term care facility - more than anything else, but possibly with a reasonably sized residential community. I need it, retail businesses in that area need it. Current and future VA Employees need it. Many veterans and their loved ones need it.
Buzz Beeler January 21, 2014 at 06:35 pm
David read Federal Register/Vol. 76 No. 191 Monday October 3 2011, page 61150. It states:Read More "Fifty units will be set aside to provide transitional housing and supportive services for homeless and at risk Veterans." At the only community that the developers had they admitted that a community devoted to the veterans would not be cost effective for them. In some documents the VA only refers to the project as a - senior retirement community. This entire project is a political move for selective politicians to enhance their agendas. The major players are Dutch, Jim Smith, Martin O'Malley, John Olszewski Jr. and Kevin Kamenetz. Put the dots together. Why was Smith appointed Secretary of Transportation? The answer is to deal with the widening of NP Road. O'Malley wants the project for the grand stage of the national media to showcase to the country his great achievement. Olszewski Jr. encourage Holupka to run for council in order that he could write the PUD to increase the units from 549 to 1,473. Smith must get the money from the legislature in order to widen NP Road. The cost is estimated at $25 million and the banner will be under the historical event celebrating the war. The vets are the last thing on their minds. The new outpatient clinic will only add around the size of one 100 square foot room.

EC this is what I mean. DD makes a wild accusation without any thought. I'm not sure if he isRead More capable of of that. I know we are off topic but this is an old blog and I was responding to your concerns. DD show me where I have the authority to fire anyone in the county or anywhere else? You constantly attack my years of public service and when challenged you put up nothing. I have been waiting for your emails of prof of anything you write for years. EC when I start my own site people like DD will be a thing of the past. They contribute nothing. There are new issues in Seagram's now. Mr. Beeler likes to say he writes the truth, I've asked him to be true to his words, he has not. I have offered to never post again if he could prove me wrong, he won't answer that charge. I find his actions to be very similar to a bully. Once challenged the bully runs away. Let him man up, prove his case or take this blog down. Lets see what the response is.

I have another nice one coming out on the potential conflict of interest on the sale of the government center. You see a certain statement made by a member of the committee that was supposed to be a secret (but was not) said some interesting things on Vanguard's website before the committee voted. Now how does VG get the deal when Vontran actually offered more money? Oh yeah, Jim Smith reps VG.
