The Back River
Restoration Committee will hold its annual public meeting on Tuesday, November
13, 2012 at 7pm at the Hawks Pleasure Club on Riverside Drive in
Essex. Candy Croswell with EcoLogix Group, a small private
consulting firm based in Dundalk
representing the Maryland Port Administration will present information about the
Port of Baltimore and a proposed dredged material
placement facility at Coke Point, which is part of the Sparrows Point property.
Also, reports will be presented on the progress made in cleaning up the Back
