CIA will have a tent set up at K-Mart parking l ot on Saturday March 10th and Sunday March 11th between 2 PM and 4 PM.  \;Residents may purchase a kit consisting of 5 packets of Professi onal Grade Rodent Bait for $5.\n \;\nAs participation increases\, c osts will decrease. Home Owners /Landlords / Renters will be required t o sign a Liability Waiver releasing the Colgate Improvement Association from any misuse or damages resulting from self-application of the prod uct. Each kit will come with clear and simple instructions. Please brin g a Photo ID or Current Electric Bill showing your current address.
