5 Things To Do This Weekend

A fundraising luau, the Latino Fest, an Orioles game and professional wrestling are among the things to do this weekend.

1. 31st Annual Latino Fest

Where/When: Patterson Park, 200 S. Linwood Ave., Baltimore. Sat., June 25 – noon to 10 p.m. Sun., June 26 – noon to 9 p.m.

Why Go: Great food, arts and crafts, games, jewelry, colorful costumes, dancing and live Latin music, including salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, reggaeton, duranguense, mariachi, dancers in colorful costumes from their native lands, bomba and plena performances, salsa dancing and the hottest Latino DJs. Adults: $5. Kids under 12 – free. Website: www.latinofest.org.

2. Luau Fundraiser for Missouri Tornado Victims

Where/When: , 601 Wise Ave, Dundalk. Sat., June 25. 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Dejavu Salon & Spa in Dundalk  is hosting a luau at The Seasoned Mariner to benefit the schools in Joplin,Mo. that were destroyed by the tornado on May 22, 2011. There will be a buffet with jerk chicken and sides for a small charge along with lots of cold beverages and our drink of the day: "Joplin Juice." All of the donations collected will be sent directly to the tornado relief fund. If you are unable to attend but would like to help you can go to: joplinschools.org or stop by Dejavu on Westfield Road and drop off your much appreciated donation.

3. EWA Professional Wrestling: Summer Sizzle 2011

Where/When: Tall Cedars Hall, 2501 Putty Hill Ave., Parkville, 21234. Sat., June 25. 7:30 p.m.

Why Go: See Blood and his partner John Berg, the tag team champs, in action, plus Maryland champ, Hyjinxs, heavyweight champ, Chace Rawling and cruiserweight champ Wes Mercer, along with your EWA favorites and former WWWA world champ Kage.

4. Orioles Game Bus Trip

Where/When: The Angle Inn, 5805 O'Donnell St. Sat., June 25.

Why Go: $45 includes game ticket, hamburgers and hot dogs, cold beer up and back. Festivities will start at 5 p.m. at The Angle. Only have a few tickets left call the bar to reserve your tickets now 410-633-6242. P.S. – it's Buck Showalter bobble head night.

5. Ravens Cheerleaders Rock the House Fundraiser

Where/When: Rams Head Live, 20 Market Place, Baltimore. Sat., June 25.

Why Go: The Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders present ‘Rock The House’ Fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald Charities of Baltimore. Performances include 98 Rock’s Mickey Cucchiella's comedic routine, a live performance by the Ravens Cheerleaders and musical guests, Thrill and Breaking Reign.
