Rebuilidng Together Baltimore plans to provide free repairs to houses in Colgate in April.
But before volunteers can do those repairs, Rebuilding Together officials need to identify homeowners in need of the organization's help.
To be eligible for the program, houses must be located in the Colgate neighborhood of Baltimore County, according to a program poster. The houses must be owner-occupied (meaning that the homeowner, with or without a mortgage still on the property, must live in the house) and meet income and other requirements.
See details of other requirements in the media section of this article.
For more information about the program, or to receive an application, call 410-889-2710.
Applying for the program does not guarantee acceptance.
The deadline to apply is Dec. 1.
