Dundalk Resident Needs Help Finding Lost Dog

"Lily Mae" is a one-year-old black and white Shih Tzu last seen Wednesday afternoon.

Dundalk resident Bethany Pinter needs your help finding her lost dog that disappeared just hours before Dundalk's 4th of July fireworks were scheduled to start.

Lily Mae is a one-year-old black and white Shih Tzu that was last seen at about 3 p.m. on July 4 in the 2800 block of Plainfield Road (between Lynch and German Hill roads).

"She is my pride, joy and my baby girl," Pinter wrote in an email to Patch. "Please help."

Pinter noted that Lily is "extremely afraid" of fireworks, which may have caused the dog to hide.

A reward is offered for the safe return of Lily.
