Tickets cost $11 for eat-in diners, and carryout service is available for $12 per person.
"We're all volunteers; we don't get paid a dime, though we do get all the fish we can eat," fish fry chairman Joe Witomski said with a laugh. "All of the money we make goes to the community— we support education efforts and other community projects."

Last year, the Knights served 1,500 meals over the course of the program, and raised $9,000 after expenses that went right back in to the community, Witomski said.
Tickets will be sold at the door each week.
"All people have to do is show up and enjoy the meal," Witomski said. "They can buy their tickets right at the door."
