Kamenetz to Meet with Edgemere Residents Tonight

County Executive will address the North Point Peninsula Community Coordinating Council membership at 7 p.m. at Edgemere Elementary School.

Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz will be the guest speaker at tonight's North Point Peninsula Community Coordinating Council's meeting, set for 7 p.m. April 16, at the Edgemere Elementary School cafeteria.

Kamenetz will talk about the redevelopment of manufacturing in Baltimore County and the great potential for manufacturing around the Sparrows Point community, according to a flier distributed by the council.

The executive will also be available for a question-and-answer session.

Community residents who live in Edgemere (21219) and Fort Howard (21052) are encouraged to join the organization and get involved in its projects, according to the organization's website.

Should be an interesting evening. There is a lot on the plate for that area. The ramifications could impact that peninsula for decades to come.
