December is now but a memory and with it, 2013 as well.

The month had more than its share of bad and sad news, from that of a pedestrian hit and killed by a car to the presumed death of two family pets in a house fire that injured three residents to cancer claiming the life of George Kotrosa, a Bethlehem Steel retiree who owned the Bay Shore Bar and Grill in Edgemere.
