Photo of the Day: Eagles Fishing on Lynch Cove
Dundalk Patch presents its Photo of the Day.
A family of bald eagles was ice fishing on Lynch Cove recently, and Dundalk resident Marlene Rydzewski was able to get pictures of them in action.
She posted three pictures on her Facebook page of the eagles perched on the edge of the ice on the cove, keeping an eye out for fish in the moving waters.
"A family of eagles on beautiful Lynch Cove," she wrote. "Mom, Dad and baby. Very cool to see them land and take off and look for fish in the moving water.. 01-09-2014. Nature is amazing."
