Photo of the Day: Millers Island Woodpecker
Essex resident Kim Rivers contributed today's Photo of the Day.
Photographers apparently have discovered the natural beauty of the Greater Dundalk community, because local parks and other spots have become favorite places to shoot pictures of wildlife and scenery.
Essex resident Kim Rivers submitted this photo of a woodpecker that she shot in Millers Island.
In addition to shooting around Millers Island, Rivers said she shoots many pictures in North Point State Park, where she's captured many beautiful images of birds.
