Arbutus, Catonsville, Parkville and Rosedale are among the areas that may be most impacted, according to the weather service.

Low-lying areas may become flooded from the rain. Turn around—don't drown. Drivers should call the nearest law enforcement agency to report flooded roads, according to the National Weather Service.
