Dundalk Theater Needs Song and Dance Men for '9 to 5'

Dundalk Community Theatre's production of the musical begins Oct. 25.

Dundalk Community Theatre needs a few good men who can sing (and dance a little) for its production of 9 to 5, set to open Oct. 25.

Director John Desmone still needs three male ensemble members for the musical, according to a statement from the group.

Auditioners should be able to sing and handle a little movement. The actors, who need to range in age from 21 to 60, will also play a few minor characters but the dialogue is minimal, according to the statement.

The group also seeks a boy (playing from 15 to 19) who can sing and act.

The show opens Oct. 25 and runs for two weekends with evening performances on Fridays and Saturdays and matinee shows on Sundays.

DCT is celebrating its 40th anniversary this season. Organizers are issuing a special plea to DCT alumni who might be able to adjust their fall performance schedules and join the cast in celebration of the milestone.
