Cabaret

This weekend the Theatre Department of Patapsco High School and Center for the Arts will be presenting the Tony award winning musical CABARET by Joe Masteroff, John Kander and Fred Ebb. Set in the early 1930s, CABARET takes place in Berlin’s seedy Kit Kat Klub run by an eccentric Master of Ceremonies. American writer Clifford Bradshaw comes to Berlin in search of inspiration and finds it in the club’s extraordinary headliner, Sally Bowles. CABARET follows the dramatic changes in Germany leading up to the Third Reich through the eyes of Cliff during his visit. CABARET is rated as PG-13 due to mature subject matter and we ask parents to keep this in mind when attending.

CABARET will be presented May 17th thru 19th at 7pm, as well as May 19th and 20th at 2pm, in the Black Box Theatre (8100 Wise Ave., Baltimore, MD 21222 using the Langport and Wise Ave. entrance). Tickets are $10.00 for adults
and $8.00 for students and senior citizens. For more information please contact 410-887-7060 x269.
