Photos: Back-to-School Blasts from the Past
Patch presents a gallery of "vintage" back-to-school pictures. We hope to get yours!
A big thanks to my friend Lisa Waters, who inspired this new gallery. She posted a 21-year-old picture on her Facebook page of her two children as they set out for the first day of school in 1992. Her sons Rusty and Greg are pictured as they set out for third grade and first grade, respectively, at The Shrine of the Little Flower Catholic School.
If you have vintage back-to-school pictures you'd like to share, send them to marge.neal@patch.com.
They don't have to be first day pictures—they can be any older class photos, senior photos or any school pictures you'd like to share.
But please remember to send this information along with the photo: name of student, school attended, grade, year it was taken and parents' names.
