Christina’s Female Revue Fined By Liquor Board

At a hearing Monday, a local bar and restaurant offering adult entertainment was fined for serving underage customers.

An adult entertainment establishment on North Point Boulevard was ordered to pay a $750 fine at a Baltimore County Liquor Board meeting Monday after serving an underage undercover police cadet last month.

Christina’s Female Revue was charged with a Liquor Board violation after serving beer to two undercover female Baltimore County police cadets on May 12. One of the police cadets was 20 years old.

Christina’s Female Revue, the name of the business operating under Marc’s Vision, LLC., is owned by Marcello A. Burdisi. Burdisi and the bartender who served the underage cadet attended the Liquor Board hearing.

Burdisi told the three-member Liquor Board commission that bouncers at the front door are responsible for checking the identification of patrons who enter the establishment. Burdisi suggested that because customers regularly go outside to smoke and then re-enter the establishment, security likely mistook the cadets as customers who had been previously checked for identification.

Burdisi also told the Liquor Board that he’s considering building a fenced, outside smoking area to prevent the problem in the future. He also said bar and restaurant staff will all undergo  state-approved techniques of alcohol management training soon on the premises, including employees who are already certified.
