Dundalk Chamber Networks Over Bacon and Eggs

Dundalk Chamber of Commerce members talked social media with Patch Senior Regional Editor Doug Donovan.

Social media platforms have become almost as much a staple to running a business as bacon and eggs are to breakfast.

So the Dundalk Chamber of Commerce mixed the staples on Wednesday when members enjoyed breakfast at the Boulevard Diner and then heard tips about the use of social media, such as Twitter, Facebook and Patch.com, from Patch Senior Regional Editor Doug Donovan.

Members from a variety of local businesses, including Enterprise, Bay-Vanguard Federal Savings Bank, Patapsco Bank, Mars supermarkets and Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, networked and learned a little bit about how they can use social media to expand their reach and grow their audiences.
