Local Restaurant Featured on Hit Food Network Show

Tonight, at 10:00 p.m., Dundalk's the Boulevard Diner will be featured on an episode of the hit Food Network television show “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives hosted by celebrity restaurateur Guy Fieri, who travels across the United States, profiling unique restaurants.

According to Marc Tsakiris, general manager of his family’s , Fieri is just as animated off camera as he is on.

“Guy really made me feel comfortable in front of the camera,” said Tsakiris. “He joked around with me off camera just like he does on camera.”
Tsakiris prepared dishes alongside Fieri in the episode, including the restaurant's signature dishes: sour beef and dumpling and stuffed grape leaves.

The episode will air tonight on the Food Network (Comcast channel 48; Verizon channel 164) at 10:00 p.m.

Tsakiris said he will be busy running the dinner tonight, but will have the program on the television in the restaurant.
