Photos Show Extent of Damage in Holabird East Fire
Apartment complex was established in 1964 and is owned by Frank Scarfield.
The following photos show the extent of damage to an apartment fire in the Holabird East complex located just off Holabird Ave. in Dundalk.
The Baltimore Sun reported in its Sunday, November 10th edition that several people were trapped on balconies and a total of 10 were rescued from the fire.
One person and a firefighter suffered serious injuries in the blaze. A total of 18 people were displaced. The Red Cross is offering assistance.
