There certainly are some solid and architecturally interesting buildings at St. Rita's. With awesome artistic features that I had passed by hundreds of times – but never noticed – before I began photographing the church and other buildings of St. Rita's about a week ago.

I must warn you. A few photographs of the old school annex are sad and a bit heartbreaking. But most of the photos show what a nice set of buildings there is at St. Rita's.

I'll post five of those photographs on this blog entry (click on the photo to enlarge it and begin the mini slideshow), and you can see more of them on Flickr.

This is for friends, acquaintances, and people I've never met who attended school and/or church at St. Rita's. It's for the few folks who go to church there in this new millennium. It's also for former members of the St. Rita's congregation, who haven't been in Dundalk for a long time, and for their families and friends who have never seen the church.
