Dundalk Village Laundry Is Revitalized

The Dundalk Village Laundry - at 12 Commerce St. - is under new ownership, and has been gutted out and rebuilt. The owner of the building the laundry is in - Blue Ocean Reality - did the rehab work and also now operates it. The place has a nicer open floor setup, which allows for a more secure and comfortable place to do your laundry.

There is a video camera security system with a monitor visible as you enter the laundry, and the video resolution is sharp and clear.

There are no full time laundry attendants, but that's OK. Because Blue Ocean owns most of Dundalk Village, and their property manager lives in an apartment there, so she is often in or around the laundry. The maintenance man also lives in an apartment there, with his family - who all help keep the laundry safe & clean, and the washers and dryers fully functioning. That family also offers to do laundry with rates charged by the pound. Also, the owner, manager, and maintenance man all periodically watch the activities of the laundry through the video cameras there via the Internet.

Oh yeah! And they set up free WIFI for laundry customers.

There's ample parking right on the street in front of the laundry.

And plenty of eateries are right there in the village, if you want to go eat or buy carryout for home, while you're doing laundry. 

Hours are 8:00AM to 8:00PM Monday through Saturday and 9:00AM to 8:00PM on Sundays.
