Ft. Howard Senior Housing Deposits

Did you, or anyone you know, give a monetary deposit for future housing (supposedly) to be built on the Fort Howard VAMC property?

If you look on John Infantino's "Bayside at Fort Howard" website, via the site's Priority Application Form link, there still is an application for future housing on Ft. Howard, and you must print the application then send it in by regular mail service. Those deposits are listed as a "Priority Holder Fee."  Even though Infantino lost his lease for Ft. Howard five years ago.

The Department of Veterans Affairs refused a request, made by "Save Fort Howard" folks, for an accounting of all who gave deposits and whether the depositors received refunds or not.

I need to know, because I am working to stop John Infantino from taking more deposits, and to see if any court can make certain he has paid all the Ft. Howard deposits back.

You can find Infantino's form for sending in deposits - click on the Priority Application Form link  - here:

Notice that there is a P.O. Box address for sending in checks. There is no other way given to pay: no credit or debit cards can be used to send in a deposit; no PayPal, etc.; not having any electronic/internet transferring of funds is very odd in today's world.

On a blog I own - and am solely responsible for - you can find out much more about John Infantino and his international activities. Below, is a link to that blog; where you can find my email address for sending VERIFIABLE info on deposits made to Fort Howard Senior Housing Associates or any other entity. I need to know who has and who has not received refunds, plus what the corporate name is on the refund checks.

MOST IMPORTANTLY! If you were not paid a legal refund that you sent in by regular mail service, make a mail fraud report to the U.S. Postal Inspection Agency. I already contacted them about this, so as to prevent Infantino from taking more deposits, but the Postal Inspectors want specific information on who's checks were cashed and not refunded by John Infantino.

Here is a link to my blog that has a lot of info on John Infantino:
