John Infantino and his Federal Development LLC was the first property developer to sign a lease with the Department of Veterans Affairs to create a mixed-use veterans community on the Fort Howard, Maryland Veterans Affairs Medical Center. At the same time, he was 'working' on a similar project for Ft. Bliss, El Paso, Texas. Each project was worth hundreds of millions of dollars. And he had other projects in the 'works' all over the world - at the same time. He created and published elaborate plans for each. He formed partnerships with other people and companies to do each project. He never completed one.
He still has a website going for his "Bayside at Ft. Howard" project. Though that lease was cancelled in 2009. When the VA cancelled that lease, it was widely reported that Infantino had accepted deposit monies for future Ft. Howard housing from over 1,000 veterans. No one I know of in the VA knows how much of that money was or wasn't paid back to those vets.
Last week, I found that the "Bayside at Ft. Howard" website has a form on it for sending in deposits on housing there. It appeared to me that Infantino is still using that failed project to scam money by way of deposits.
During the past several days, I have emailed hundreds of people around the world about written pieces that I am publishing against Infantino. Information on him has come to me from within the USA and from foreign countries.
Today, I published a stunning list of properties all across the USA and further that Infantino claims to be Master Developer / Property Manager of or he has completed projects on. I know for a fact that most of what he says there is false.
I do not feel comfortable saying anymore on Patch. I can back up everything I've said in court, but Patch has to pay their legal costs if Infantino sues. You can find most of the evidence online, but some has come to me by way of phone calls I've made to cities, embassies in Washington, etc., and emails exchanged with civilians and government officials - as far away as an Assistant to the Turkish President.
What John Infantino has done may have negatively impacted thousands of people, possible millions. All over the globe.
On my blog "The Way That I See It Is..." on Google Blogger, where I am solely responsible for the content, there are freshly written posts with intense details about Infantino and links to lots of his published stuff and to publishings of other people who are against Infantino, plus numerous news stories. If Patch editors check that out and contact me saying I can use that on here, I will use some of it in my Patch blog.
