International American Disgrace

I have written about this on various websites, contacted numerous, appropriate, government officials and media, but no one does anything. I am here to demand something be done. Stop and punish this person!

International American Disgrace

Can one person run more than twenty real estate development projects located all across the United States and also on several other continents - all at the same time? Multimillion dollar development projects - often declared to be worth $100s-of-millions per project. In public/private partnerships with government entities in more than twenty communities. A person who rarely has more than one or two other employees hired in his international Limited Liability Corporations; most often that one man being the only person in his international LLCs. A man who makes deals with major government leaders around the world - then does not perform as promised.

With media outlets in each of those twenty-some areas reporting that the deals were made. Sometimes, later, the media report that the man has some reason for not being able to comply with his promises & signed leases or other agreements. The reasons usually claim that local government did not provide what he needed to get the project done. Most of his projects remain in pre-planning stages. Not one has ever been completed or even had any real work done on them. Sometimes, there are no stories by the media about the man's reported projects not actually even being begun.

Most (probably all) of his references he gives - listed on his websites - are complete fabrications. This includes him saying he is the Property/Asset Manager for lots of different properties - including Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. He was supposed to be developing Maryland's Fort Howard VAMC, into a multi-use, residential/retail/commercial/medical property on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay & Patapsco River, but the lease he signed in 2004 was cancelled by the VA in 2009. I'm a former US Army Photographer and Ft. Howard is my favorite place to go for health care. If it had been reasonably developed, I could be living there today. Living a far better life than I do now.

But no one - except for my blog and another one - ever says that the man is always running a scam, even though he cannot possibly do what he says. He does not possess any way of bringing the millions-of-dollars he promises for financing his projects. In his life, he never accomplishes what it takes to complete any real estate project. And he owes money to various people all over the world.

He is an American named John David Infantino.

Farther down, are links to Infantino's websites that say he is successful in the Ft. Howard project plus many more (which he is not).  The sites list many partners of his - none of whom I believe actually are involved with Infantino.

2004, John Infantino was also working a "Super Block" development project in a Baltimore City scam. It was supposed to help revitalize Baltimore's ailing Westside.
