Dundalk Renaissance Corp. has renovated several homes in Historic Dundalk, and two more are recently finished!
If you are not familiar with this part of the DRC mission, plan to stop at 24 Shipway and 72 Kinship Rd. between 2 and 5 p.m. These quality homes feature modern kitchens with granite countertops and stainless Energy Star appliances, three bedrooms, off-street parking, wood floors, carpeting, finished basement space, and high efficiency furnaces and AC. They are attractive additiions to their blocks and help to increase home values as well.
Visit both this Sunday, and learn about this part of DRC's work and the financial assistance available through Baltimore County. Refreshments will be served, and warm cookies will be coming out of the new ovens for Holiday Hoopla on Dec. 1. You'll be home in plenty of time for the Ravens' evening game!
