This Saturday from 9am - noon, the Dundalk Renaissance Corporation is offering some samples and recipes for produce you'll find at the Farmers' Market, Shipping Place at Historic Main Street. If you have not visited this market before, you may be surprised at the variety of seasonal veggies, fruits, leafy greens, eggs, honey and other items for sale there. Will kids try turnips or sample squash? We're not sure, but you'll get some easy recipes to try, as well as some healthy lifestyle information from Johns Hopkins Bayview. Live music, kids' activities too! By the way, the Farmers' Market runs from May through Nov. 17th, 7am - noon each Saturday and is sponsored by the Dundalk Chamber of Commerce.
