2901 Liberty Pkwy., Mon. & Tues., Dec. 3 - 4 at 3 pm (both days)
Farmer MacGregor didn't know! Rain gardens are designed to catch rain water overflow to slow, decrease and improve the quality of storm water runoff before it makes its way to the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Volunteers are needed to help design, dig and plant the rain garden at Peter Rabbit, so if you would like to learn about this type of garden, come and help for one day or both! It's green info you can use for your own property, church, business or school - paved areas don't absorb rain water, so creating a nearby rain garden is especially important. Call Jacqueline at 410-282-0261 for more info, or just come!
Tree alert! Tree planting is scheduled for the same days, same time - call Phillip for infomation (410-282-0261), or come to Peter Rabbit at 3pm.
Thanks for being on the Green Team!
