THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO ALL NHCA AREA RESIDENTS AND OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND THIER LEADERSHIPS THROUGHOUT THE EASTERN & SOUTHEASTEREN BALTIMORE COUNTY AREA.

Code Enforcement Chief Lionel Van Dommelen will be presenting updates to the Baltimore County Rat Eradication Program for 2014 and its effect on the NHCA Coverage area,
An NHCA Farewell to Leadership Arms and
the future of NHCA will be part of the evening presentation as NHCA President John D. Ayres, as well as the remainder of the NHCA Executive Board will be stepping down at end of December 2013.
NHCA leadership will also be Presenting Special
Community Humanitarian, Educational Achievements and NHCA Presidents choice
awards.
Light
Christmas Holiday food and refreshments will be available to all meeting
attendees and guest.

NHCA LEADERSHIP AND MEMBERSHIP, AS WELL AS MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE THE GUEST OF THE BALTIMORE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM.

Note: A limited number of Questions for County Executive Kamenetz will be conducted by sign-up at the time of meeting participant registration. Since this is an NHCA end of year meeting, questions from NHCA members and NHCA Area residents will be presented first to the County Executive, then all other meeting participants second. The NHCA meeting chairman reserves the right and privilege to disallow/restrict any questions or comments not relevant to meeting agenda topics and each participant asking a question will be limited to a total of 4 minutes to present their specific question/comments to the County Executive. This rule will be strictly enforced by NHCA Leadership with NO EXCEPTIONS.
