Colgate Community Eradication Project "ROUND 1"

The Colgate Rodent Eradication Project "ROUND 1"

The Colgate Improvement Association is launching its community wide effort to knock down the increasing Rodent Population before Spring Breeding Season. We are asking that every home participate in our first round scheduled for March 12th. CIA will have a tent set up at K-Mart parking lot on Saturday March 10th and Sunday March 11th between 2 PM and 4 PM.  Residents may purchase a kit consisting of 5 packets of Professional Grade Rodent Bait for $5.

As participation increases, costs will decrease. Home Owners /Landlords / Renters will be required to sign a Liability Waiver releasing the Colgate Improvement Association from any misuse or damages resulting from self-application of the product. Each kit will come with clear and simple instructions. Please bring a Photo ID or Current Electric Bill showing your current address. The Eradication Project will be carefully controlled and is available to Residents of the Colgate Community .

These efforts will help reduce the Rodent Population while our community waits for Baltimore County to begin its promised Eradication Project to Taxpayers living with the massively increasing Rodent Infestation. If you have any questions, you can contact us at 410-929-8265. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response. Information is available at www.mycolgate.org
