The Eastfield Stanbrook Civic Association will hold the next meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 7 PM, at Grange Elementary School Cafeteria, 2000 Church Road.
The group's website states: "Our guest speaker at the November meeting will be Jay Ringgold. He will be speaking about emergency disaster preparedness and is from the Baltimore County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. In addition, Boy Scout Troop 117 will be conducting the Color/Honor Guard. We will be meeting in the cafeteria at Grange Elementary."
