Guide to Thanksgiving Dining in the Dundalk Area

Tired of cooking the turkey yourself? Go out for Thanksgiving. Here's a few restaurants I checked out. Tell us in comments if you know of others with turkey-day appeal. 

601 Wise Avenue

Open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., offering a traditional Thanksgiving menu as well as a special menu for the holiday.

1660 Merritt Blvd

Open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering a turkey dinner special.

7700 Wise Avenue

Open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Diners looking for Thanksgiving dinner will be offered their choice of a roast turkey dinner with homemade stuffing, choice of potato and two veggies or a Virginia baked ham dinner with pineapple slice, choice of potato and two veggies, both options are $12.99 and include a piece of pumpkin pie. They are also offering a special kids' menu for $5.99.

4. Sparrows Point Restaurant

4414 North Point Boulevard

Open until 2 p.m.

5. The Islander Inn

9008 Cuckold Point Road

Open at 11 a.m. And dinner starts at 1 p.m. A traditional Thanksgiving dinner is being offered. Adults are $9.95 each and have a choice of a roast turkey or baked ham dinner with lots of choices for sides. Kids eat for $5.95.
