"Justice for Ethan"

"Justice for Ethan" signals a call from his family and all families experiencing Down Syndrome. Ethan age 26 had Down Syndrome. He died when he was being escorted from the movie theater by three off duty law enforcement officials.  Unfortunately, the officers were not trained when interacting with an individual with Down Syndrome.  Families with children having Down Syndrome are callling for additional training of law enforcement officers to learn how to address these types of situations. This educational training is important and essential for the law enforcement community and the families dealing with Down Syndrome.
