Transparency and who will be the next County Council Member in 2014

Transparency and government. What does transparency mean to you? Will transparency be important to you when June 2014 arrives for you to vote for the next County Council Member?

To me transparency means keeping an open door for citizens to have their views and opinions heard in a timely fashion. It is like having a voice in the process as the decisions are being made.  I know you can always attend a county council meeting and address the Baltimore County Council or call or email the council member.
